皆様、こんにちは。私たちは三精塗料工業株式会社です。

弊社は本年、お陰様で創業113周年を迎えることが出来ました。

これも、ひとえに皆様方のお陰と考え、大変感謝しております。

これまで、様々な歴史と共に様々な製品を作って参りました。
塗料自体は中間体であるので、皆様の余り目に付かないところに採用されている事が多いため、自社製品だけにとらわれず、培ったノウハウと技術を工夫しながら、様々な会社様とＯＥＭ、ＯＤＭを行っている会社です。

OEM（Original Equipment Manufacturing）とは？

発注元が設計したものを請け負う方式のことです。

ODM（Original Design Manufacturing）とは？

製品の設計から製造までを一手に引き受ける方式です。

私達は４つの組織で成りたっています。

①総務部　　　②営業部　　　③製造部　　　④研究開発部

ＯＤＭ、ＯＥＭを受託する際の流れを見てみましょう。

お客様からご依頼の案件を、営業部と総務部が御社とお打ち合わせをし、自社のみで出来るのか、他社との協力で可能なのか、製造量等、総合的な打ち合わせを致します。

研究開発部と共に、自社で出来るのか、他社との協力で可能なのか最終判断致します。
ここまで合意に至れば、機密保持契約をきちんと締結致します。

研究開発部より材料などを取り寄せサンプルを生成致します。
その際、研究室サイズから１バッチ、２バッチ～生産の工場製造サイズ化を検討します。この際に、あらかたのお見積が可能かと考えます。

一回目の製造バッチより、研究開発部による品質管理を持って見守り
出荷致します。

その後の展開変更に関してご相談に乗ります。

Hello everyone. We are Sansei Paint Industry Co., Ltd.We were able to celebrate our 110th anniversary this year.
I am very grateful to everyone for this.Up to now, we have made various products with various histests.
Since the paint itself is an intermediate, it is often adopted so that it is not too visible to everyone,
We are a company that performs OEM and ODM with various companies while devising the know-how and technology cultivated, not only our own products.
We consist of four organizations (General Affairs Department, Sales Department, Manufacturing Department, and R&D Department).
Flow when commissioning ODM and OEM
1.The sales department and the general affairs department will discuss the project requested by the customer with your company, and we will have a comprehensive meeting such as whether it can be done only in-house or in cooperation with other companies, such as the amount of manufacturing.

2.Together with the R&D Department, we will make a final decision on whether it can be done in-house or in cooperation with other companies.
If we reach this agreement, we will conclude a nondiso sensitivity agreement properly.

3.We will collect materials from the R&D department and generate samples.
In doing so, we will consider factory manufacturing sizes from laboratory size to 1 batch, 2 batches to production.
At this time, I think that it is possible to estimate the other way.

4.From the first production batch, we watch with quality control by the R&D department
We will ship.

5.We will consult with you about subsequent development changes.
